Despite the current safety regulations resulting from COVID-19, Copart Brazil maintained a safe way to celebrate the June Festival. The June Festival, or “Festas Juninas,” is a traditional Brazilian celebration, filled with music, dancing and tons of typical foods. These celebrations typically mean large gatherings, but Copart Brazil adapted by practicing social distancing in order to keep the tradition going this year. Team members received traditional treats to keep the spirit alive. Great efforts, Copart Brazil!
The June Festival in Brazil is celebrated from June 1 until June 30 and is the second largest celebration in Brazil. The month-long tradition commemorates some of the most famous Catholic saints such as Saint Antônio, Saint John and Saint Peter.
