With summer just around the corner and temperatures rising, it’s important to protect yourself from harmful UV rays and high temperatures. It’s unsafe to be in direct sunlight for extended periods of time and prolonged sun exposure can result in sunburn, premature aging and heat exhaustion.

Avoid Direct Sunlight When Possible
If you have the option of sitting in direct sunlight or shade, choose the shade. Avoid UV rays as much as possible. However, if you are in the sun, make sure to take extra precautions.

A/C is your best friend this summer and it’s the best way to prevent heat exhaustion. If you’re outside most of the day, take periodic breaks to cool down and recharge.
