Describe your role in 4-Wheel Design.
I help manage the 4-Wheel Design Team in Marketing, but best said, I push pixels for a living. I’ve been doing it for over 20 years and have loved every minute of it.

What projects are you currently working on?
The team helps support all internal departments along with many external clients and international teams when needed. Therefore, we are usually working on 20-40 projects at any given time. To name a few, we’re currently helping with the DRIVE Auto Auctions launch and support, the WJ Ranch Museum and wall graphics along with a special project for the Ops Catastrophe Team.

What have you enjoyed most about working at Copart?
Having worked at Copart for almost 6 years, I have watched the Marketing Department grow from six to over 20 positions. Along the way, I have met some amazing people, both in Marketing and other departments. With so many clever and talented people, I’m not surprised that Copart is extremely successful. It is such a great time to be with this company.

What is the first car you owned?
My first car was a 1978 Camaro. Best. First. Car. Ever! Although, it never ran the same after hitting a coyote while trying to cross the road.

What projects are you currently working on?
Currently, we are working on The Copart Museum at the Willis Johnson Ranch in Celina, Texas. The project has come with many challenges, but I feel fortunate to be collaborating with a talented team toward something so grand in scale and reach.

What have you enjoyed most about working at Copart?
I value the freedom to create without much oversight or micromanaging. At times, this requires me to be my biggest critic and know when to let go and move on. In addition, I really enjoy the many talented people I work with.

What is the first car you owned?
My first car was a 1972 Mercury Cougar. I sold it to someone in my hometown to restore it. When I saw it 20 years later, it still looked great.

What projects are you currently working on?
I am currently working on a video that features our International Marketing Directors. I just finished a piece about Greg Adler, a member of our legal counsel. He visits children in Dallas-area hospitals and donates toys dressed up as theTransformer Bumblebee. Stay Tuned to CopartTV and Copart on YouTube for more!

What have you enjoyed most about working at Copart?
I enjoy working with everyone at Copart, and our teamwork is amazing!

What is the first car you owned?
I wrecked my first car within a month. My second was a Ford lemon. The third, but most important, vehicle I owned, passed down from my Dad in 2002, was a black 1997 Toyota T-100 Pick-up named Shirley. I drove Shirley from 2002 – 2017! I sold her in New Jersey. I had a line of people wanting to buy because it was an older vehicle without rust.
