Copart’s Leadership Development Program is the perfect fit for recent college graduates who are looking to excel their career at a fast-paced, technology-driven company.
The 12-15 month program kicks off with a 4-week training at Copart headquarters in Dallas, TX. From there, candidates will relocate to one of Copart’s more than 200 locations, where they’ll gain invaluable experience in a variety of positions and get hands-on training with cutting-edge technology.

While the program is geared towards operations functions, with the ultimate goal of landing a General Manager role within 3-5 years of completion, candidates have endless possibilities for growth within the company. From Operations to IT to Human Resources and beyond, the Leadership Development Program offers boundless opportunities for career pathing.
