Copart’s Leadership Development Program is the perfect fit for recent college graduates who are looking to excel their career at a fast-paced, technology-driven company.
The 12-15 month program kicks off with a 4-week training at Copart headquarters in Dallas, TX. From there, candidates will relocate to one of Copart’s more than 170 U.S. locations, where they’ll gain invaluable experience in a variety of positions and get hands-on training with cutting-edge technology.
While the program is geared towards operations functions, with the ultimate goal of landing a General Manager role within 3-5 years of completion, candidates have endless possibilities for growth within the company. From Operations to IT to Human Resources and beyond, the Leadership Development Program offers boundless opportunities for career pathing.
Qualifications for Success in the Program
|Completion of a 4-year degree in the last 18 months||Must be willing to relocate during and after the program|
|Proven leadership ability that supports an environment of employee growth and development||Interdepartmental teamwork and exceptional customer service skills|
|Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal||Ability to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, change-centric environment|
|Must be flexible in terms of working hours||Must be willing to travel|
