On October 9, Copart employees embarked on a 4-week long company-wide wellness journey: The Copart Fruit and Veggie Challenge. The goal was to eat an average of 5-7 fruit and vegetable servings per day for a total of 140 servings per individual or single team member. The individuals and teams that completed this goal were entered into a raffle to win some awesome prizes!
Now that the journey is over, the results are in and we are ready to announce the winners! Drum roll, please…
Team Winners: Team Dynamic Duo, Loree Eubank and Ruth Musgrave from Copart Headquarters in Dallas, TX. This team reported a total of 334 servings of fruits and veggies.
Individual Winner: Mia Portillo from Copart Eugene individually reported 185 servings of fruits and veggies.
Individual Reporting Over 200 Servings: Bradley Vandermolen from Copart Colorado Springs exceeded the goal by reporting 214 servings of fruits and veggies.
The competition is over, but we encourage everyone to keep up with their fruit and veggie intake. The Copart Fruit and Veggie Challenge Cookbook is full of recipe ideas to help you stick to the goal!
