Copart Longview Welcomes Local K-9 Unit for Training

Extending our yards to local law enforcement is a Copart tradition, whether it be for search and rescue training, investigation training, or, in the case of Copart Longview, K-9 unit training.

Here is Jeffrey King, General Manager of Copart Longview, explaining how his team helps to support local law enforcement:

“Yard 14 in Longview, Texas has been a longtime supporter of our law enforcement community, welcoming the local PD, county sheriff, State Troopers, Texas Rangers, fire departments and rescue squads into our location for investigations, inspections and other business reasons.  We always extend an invitation for them to stop by anytime for coffee, restrooms, space for fire/rescue training, K-9 training or anything else we can help them with.”

Local law enforcement not only appreciates the hospitality of Copart Longview, but they also comment on the cleanliness and the organized layout of the yard, which makes it an easier and safer training grounds.

  1. Wows THAT’S COOL!!!
    I LOVE DOGS!!!

I really like this, where the K-9’s come in to sniff the yard, for drugs, reminds me of High school with lockers in the hallways

Maybe they can come to Houston, so that we can see the dogs in action here too.
