In September, the Marketing Department at Copart Headquarters in Dallas led the initiative to write personal letters to our troops overseas.
The department planned the effort for the month of September with the goal to write 100 letters. Employees throughout the corporate office contributed and wrote letters to our heroes overseas.
“We want to let our troops know that they mean a lot to us. They do so much to protect our country, the least we can do is send them a sincere and heartfelt thank you,” said Michelle Hoffman, Vice President of Marketing.
“This initiative came out of the Marketing Department’s efforts to make an impact during this fiscal year in a holistic way. We want to contribute to both Copart’s success with our hard-working team members as well as to our community, and our troops fighting overseas are a part of that. The Marketing Team is dedicated to always working hard and surpassing our goals, and even with our military letters, we surpassed our goal of 100 letters!”
The Marketing Department sent the letters out and is excited for more ways to give back throughout the year!
