This Father’s Day, many of us will celebrate both those in our lives who we look up to as a father figure as well as those loved ones that have given us those father figure roles.
For Ben Bower, one of our own Copart family members, this Father’s Day will be one to remember. Ben explains, “This Father’s Day is the first one we get to spend together post graduate school. Holden, my son, was born two weeks after the start of my MBA program. He spent a good portion of the first year and a half of his life with his mom due to work and a schooling commitment of 3-4 nights a week.”
Ben completed his MBA program this year and used the employee tuition reimbursement program. Ben continues, “Using the tuition program was seamless. From the ease of use, to completing the application and to the quick turnaround time on funds disbursement, the entire process took less than a couple of weeks to complete.”
The program allowed Ben to significantly reduce the overall cost of his education while fortifying and further strengthening his business acumen in both the industry and the economy as a whole.
Ben concludes, “The accomplishment would not have been achievable without the dedication and commitment of the Walton Copart Team, my Regional Manager Alan Hoskins and most importantly my wife, who took care of our newborn son throughout the duration of the program.”
“I always looked forward to this moment—when I could graduate and know that we’d get to spend considerable more time together as a family. It will be a special Father’s Day and not one that will soon be forgotten!”
Congratulations to Ben on achieving such a wonderful accomplishment! Happy Father’s Day to all the father figures out there who dedicate themselves to their loved ones and sacrifice their time for others.
