The Internship Experience: Brand Marketing

I had 5 wisdom teeth

Why did you choose to intern at Copart?

I chose to intern at Copart because I saw that there were a lot of opportunities for growth and learning. The Marketing Department’s internship program has allowed me to experience and be a part of all aspects of marketing and communications.  The company and the internship program was a great fit for me and what I was looking for in an internship.

What advice would you give to those looking for an internship in your field?

For those looking for some sort of marketing internship, don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone.  You never know what you are going to find when you decide to go beyond what you know and jump into something new.  The more challenges you give yourself, the more you learn, and the better marketing professional you become.

What is one way you have grown while interning at Copart?

While interning, I have grown in task and project management. I have learned the importance in balancing multiple tasks and ensuring that they are always given equal attention and consideration.  It is important to know how to manage multiple projects and still make sure you deliver the best product.
